Artzain Class Artzain battleships are the central point in countless battle stories. Indeed, many have been pivotal in battles such as Plattman's Siege in 2248. The design made its debut shortly after the falcon class fighter -- this fighter is an integral part of its effectiveness. Eight are held in place by antigravity plates in the docking clamps. Pilots enter their craft through extendable pylons. This allows quick deployment of fighter ships in case of emergency. Four Megalith III Blast Cannons (commonly called Farrars after the noted gunman) provide support fire to larger ships. Its super-sized Terranosaur mass driver can cause heavy damage to ships twice the Artzain's size.
